اسمك وإيميلك عند التسجيل (أو من حساب Google لو اخترت الدخول به)، ومعلومات شركتك اللي تكتبها بنفسك (الخدمات، الفروع، الموظفين)، والمحادثات والملفات اللي ترفعها للإيجنتات، وسجل نشاط الإيجنتات داخل حسابك.
لتشغيل إيجنتاتك فقط: الرد على عملائك، تسجيل الطلبات والمواعيد، إعداد التقارير، وحفظ ذاكرة خاصة بشركتك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية.
لو دخلت بحساب Google نقرأ اسمك وإيميلك فقط لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك. إذن إرسال البريد (Gmail) يُستخدم حصراً لحسابات FlowMate الداخلية لإرسال إشعاراتنا، ولا نطلبه من العملاء. استخدامنا لبيانات Google يلتزم بـ Google API Services User Data Policy بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.
بيانات كل شركة معزولة عن غيرها بمعرّف مستقل على مستوى التخزين، وتُنقل مشفّرة، وتُخزَّن على Cloudflare. الموظفون يشوفون فقط ما سمح لهم به صاحب الشركة.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك فعّال. تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته بإيميل إلى [email protected] ونحذفها خلال ٣٠ يوم.
نستخدم Anthropic لتشغيل الإيجنتات، وCloudflare للاستضافة، وGoogle لتسجيل الدخول والبريد، وواتساب (Meta/360dialog) لقنوات المراسلة لو فعّلتها.
FlowMate (getflowmate.ai) provides AI secretary and business agents. We collect your name and email at sign-up (or from your Google account if you sign in with Google), the business information you enter, the conversations and files you share with your agents, and agent activity logs within your account. We use this data solely to operate your agents and keep a private memory for your business. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Google user data: with Google sign-in we read only your name and email; the Gmail send permission is used exclusively by FlowMate's own internal accounts for our notifications and is never requested from customers. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Each business is isolated at the storage layer; data is encrypted in transit and hosted on Cloudflare. We retain data while your account is active; email [email protected] to delete your account and all data within 30 days. Sub-processors: Anthropic, Cloudflare, Google, Meta/360dialog (if WhatsApp is enabled).
